Anniversary Showcase & Celebration

We hope you’ll join us on Saturday, November 2 as we celebrate all that we’ve accomplished this year and look forward to what’s ahead at our Anniversary Showcase & Celebration. We all, as creators—patrons and artists—have something to contribute. In 2024, we’ve worked toward building a community that recognizes the power of beauty and the capacity for transformation that beauty brings.
The evening will feature 35 local artists, and will include our annual gallery exhibit, plus artist talks and interviews, a literary performance, and a concert featuring local musicians who are involved with Art House Dallas. We can’t wait to show off the incredible work of our artist community and what they have created this year. This event also serves as the kick-off to our end-of-year fundraising campaign.
Complimentary beer, wine, and desserts will be served.

Featured Musicians
Five incredibly talented musicians are teaming up to form what we like to call the “Art House Supergroup.” They will be learning each other’s original songs so that you get a taste of what each musician has to offer. It’s going to be an amazing show!
Featured Writers
For the literary portion of the evening, we will enjoy an interview with cookbook author and essayist Deborah Johnson, and a dramatized reading from Helen Dent’s new book, The Burning Tree.
Featured Visual Artists
The featured artist’s work will be displayed in the gallery, and you will get the chance to meet many of the artists. We will open the event with a series of short artist talks from three of the artists.
Small Works Show
We are so excited to bring you a small works show centered around our ORIGIN theme for this year, On Embodiment. Each piece of art in the Small Works Show is priced between $100 and $250, and 100% of each sale supports Art House Dallas’ visual art programming.
